This Joven, made by mezcalero Isaías Martínez Juan in San Juan del Río from farm-grown Espadín, is the house calling card: roasted agave and soft, elegant smoke lifted by mango, peach, and orange, with green pepper, citrus pith, and stony minerality over a round, creamy texture — finishing clean with vigorous intensity at a full-strength 48%. Serious proof and artisanal methods at a price that invites both the copita and the cocktail shaker: mezcal margaritas, Palomas, or neat with orange slices and sal de gusano.
