Yellow Spot is a 12-year single pot still Irish whiskey from Mitchell & Son, one of the last Dublin wine and spirits merchants to bottle their own pot still whiskey under the historic 'Spot' label — a tradition going back to the early 20th century. Aged in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, Malaga wine casks, and sherry butts, it delivers a remarkable trinity of honey, rich toasted grain, and ripe stone fruit with a long, creamy, warming finish.
