Suze Aperitif Liter

Bracingly bitter, deeply floral, and unmistakably earthy — Suze is the pure expression of yellow gentian root, hand-harvested in the French mountains after up to 20 years of growth, macerated for a year, then distilled and blended with a secret aromatic bouquet. Created by Fernand Moureaux and a gold medalist at the 1889 Paris World's Fair (and later immortalized by Picasso), it's the essential half of a White Negroni and brilliant simply with tonic.
