St. Germain Elderflower 750ml

Created in 2007 by Robert Cooper after tasting an elderflower cocktail in a London bar, St-Germain hand-harvests Sambucus nigra blossoms from France's Savoie region each spring — each bottle vintage-dated to the year its flowers were picked. The delicate, floral result quickly became known in bartending circles as 'bartender's ketchup' for how well it works in nearly any cocktail.
