Roccolo Grassi is one of Valpolicella's rising stars — a small family estate in Mazzurega with a passionate commitment to expressing the Valpolicella valley's indigenous varieties at their most authentic. The 2019 Valpolicella Superiore uses the traditional ripasso technique on partially dried grape skins, adding depth and concentration to the classic blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara.
