Pimm's Cup

Invented in 1823 by James Pimm as a digestive tonic served in a small tankard called a 'No. 1 Cup,' Pimm's has since become the defining drink of the English summer. A gin base infused with a secret mix of herbs, spices, and liqueurs gives it a subtly spiced citrus character, traditionally topped with lemonade and garnished with cucumber, mint, and fruit for the classic Pimm's Cup.
