Made by the legendary Domaine Glinavos from indigenous Debina and Vlahiko grapes in the high-altitude vineyards of Ioannina, Epirus, 'Paleokerisio' (meaning old-fashioned) revives an ancient semi-sparkling wine tradition unique to the region. Apple, orange peel, baking spice, and a lightly off-dry richness in a 500ml bottle — equal parts sparkling cider, sour beer, and ancient Greek wine. Nothing else like it.
