Paitin's 'Starda' is a single-vineyard Langhe Nebbiolo from older vines in Neive — a more concentrated and serious expression of the variety than a typical Langhe bottling. The 2024, still young, already shows the characteristic Paitin elegance: cherry, spice, earthy depth, and fine tannins with a persistence that hints at greater complexity to come.
