Nicolas Feuillatte Brut
France's favorite Champagne, by the people who actually grow it. Nicolas Feuillatte isn't an old family château — it's something more democratic: the label of the Centre Vinicole in Chouilly, a cooperative of roughly 5,000 growers, about one in three of all the vignerons in Champagne, pooling fruit from across the entire appellation. That scale is why it's the best-selling Champagne in France and a top-three brand worldwide while staying friendly on the shelf. The Réserve Exclusive Brut is the flagship: Pinot Noir and Meunier (40% each) for fruit and body with 20% Chardonnay for lift, aged three to four years in the cellars — about two and a half times what the rules require. The glass is bright and crowd-pleasing — juicy pear, crunchy apricot, and brioche with delicate, persistent bubbles and a softly rounded finish. Real-deal Champagne for birthdays, Tuesdays, and mimosas you refuse to apologize for.
