Each small batch of US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is limited to no more than a couple dozen barrels — leaving no room to blend out imperfections — for a nuanced, mellow, earthy pour of caramel, vanilla, and oak that's never released until Michter's own tasting panel says it's ready.
