From the Michlits family's remarkable Demeter-certified biodynamic farm on the shores of Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland — a true polyculture where cattle, grains, orchards, and vines thrive together inside a national park on the Hungarian border. Prosa is their joyful frizzante rosé, originally created by the winemaker for a wedding-day toast: gently pressed Pinot Noir from sandy loam soils, briefly macerated for its sunrise-pink hue, wild-fermented, and finished under pressure to trap a fine, playful fizz. Slightly cloudy, just off-dry, and bursting with fresh strawberries, cherries, and roses at an easygoing 10.5% — the ultimate picnic, brunch, and celebration pour.
