Little Book Bourbon 750ml
"Little Book" was Booker Noe's nickname for his grandson Freddie — and now Freddie Noe, eighth-generation Beam master distiller, honors him with an annual cask-strength blend built entirely from scratch. Chapter 9, "None for Granted," took 18 months to compose and celebrates the "founding flavors" of American whiskey: five Kentucky straight whiskeys aged 7 to 11 years, anchored by an 11-year bourbon and lifted by an 8-year rye, with two experimental 7-year bourbons in the mix — one distilled from a brown rice mash bill, another given an extended five-day fermentation. Uncut and unfiltered at 121.8 proof, it's dense caramel and burnt vanilla layered with spiced oak, dark chocolate, apricot jam, and roasted peanut, finishing long on cinnamon, brown sugar, and baked apple. A collector's pour that drinks like a love letter to bourbon's roots — neat, with a drop of water, in a Glencairn.
