Labrusca Rosso 750ml
The Lambrusco that wins over sommeliers. The Lini family has made wine in Correggio since 1910 — hence "910" — and today the fourth generation, led by winemaker Fabio Lini with siblings Anita and Massimo, refuses to cut a single corner: sustainably farmed estate fruit, patient Charmat-method second fermentation, and real aging on the lees for depth you don't expect at this price. "Labrusca" is the ancient Roman name for the wild vines the Etruscans found growing at the field's edge, and this bottling honors them — Lambrusco Salamino with a splash of Ancellotta, pouring the deepest imaginable purple: blackberry pie, spiced plum, and violet candy over tangy wild berries, dried herbs, and a salty mineral snap, dry and refreshing with a gentle, persistent fizz. Antonio Galloni scored it 90 points and Wine Spectator named it a Best Buy "built for barbecue." Chill it down for lasagna, tacos, burgers, or salumi — Emilia's everyday magic.
