Ketel One is distilled in copper pot stills at the Nolet Distillery in Schiedam, Holland — the same family has been making spirits on this site since 1691, making them one of the oldest distilling families in the world. The use of pot stills gives Ketel One a slightly more textured, characterful profile than column-distilled vodkas: crisp, lightly citrusy, and satisfyingly smooth.
