Herdade Do Rocim Nat'Cool Tinto 2024

Herdade do Rocim's 'Nat Cool' red is made in the old Alentejo way — fermented in unlined clay amphora with indigenous yeasts and no additions whatsoever. Light ruby in the glass with aromas of fresh red fruit, earth, and wild herbs leading to a harmonious, lively palate. Best served slightly chilled — it's Portugal's answer to chillable natural reds.
