From Herdade do Rocim's Lower Alentejo estate, the Nat Cool Branco is fermented in traditional clay amphora (talhas) with everything inside — grapes, skins, and stems — following a 2,000-year-old Roman tradition unique to the region. Fresh citrus, pear, and a savory, earthy character from the clay create something genuinely ancient-feeling and refreshing in the best possible way.
