Hendry's barrel-fermented Chardonnay from Napa's Carneros district is one of the region's most underappreciated whites—lemon cream, toasted hazelnut, and ripe apple with excellent acidity and real depth. Aged in a mix of French oak, it shows both the richness and the restraint that define everything Hendry does.
