From Bodegas Parra Jiménez's biodynamic La Mancha estate — made in collaboration with natural winemaker Juan Antonio Ponce — the Fresco is the lineup's most playful, refreshing expression. A co-fermented blend of 50% Garnacha and 15% Syrah with 35% white varieties (Airén, Macabeo, and Verdejo), it straddles the line between a chillable light red and a serious rosé. Lightly effervescent, bright, and citrusy, with juicy red fruit and an easy, breezy finish. Comes in a liter format — because some wines just deserve a bigger pour.
