Green Spot Irish Whiskey

Green Spot is a rare and traditionally significant Irish whiskey — a single pot still expression made from a mix of malted and unmalted barley in traditional copper pot stills, a style that's uniquely Irish and distinct from both Scotch malt and blended Irish whiskey. Originally bottled exclusively for Mitchell & Son, a Dublin wine merchant, it was one of the last surviving 'spot' whiskeys when it was nearly lost entirely. Revived and now available to all, it's creamy and spiced, with green apple, fresh barley, and a long, warming finish. A piece of Irish whiskey history worth tasting.
