Brewed to the original recipe with Pilsen and roasted malts, Nugget and Perle Hallertau hops, and A Coruña water, an enzyme applied during production breaks down the gluten proteins, earning the internationally recognized crossed-grain celiac certification. In the glass it's everything the Especial is: bright gold, floral and herbal on the nose, clean malt balance, and that signature crisp, assertively hoppy bitter finish. Spain's tapas-hour classic, now for everyone at the table — pour it cold with jamón, patatas bravas, or grilled shrimp.
