Dragonette Cellars is a small Santa Barbara producer with a philosophy of restraint that shows in every bottle. This Happy Canyon Chardonnay is cool, focused, and mineral-driven—lemon, white peach, and a chalky backbone that makes it feel more like a great Cote de Beaune than anything from California. High praise, but earned.
