BY.OTT is made under the strict supervision of cousins Jean-Francois oTt and Christian Ott, the fourth generation of winemakers, 100% of the grapes are sourced from Domaine Ott’s Chateau Romassan vineyards.

BY.Ott is a casual and crisp rose- enjoyable as an aperitif as well as a versatile accompaniment to a variety of dishes, including seafood and grilled meats.
