Domaine le Galantin Bandol Rose 25

Light rose color, with stone fruit and melons on the nose. Dry, m body, m+ acidity. Strawberries, white peaches, watermelon, salinity, and minerals on the palate. Finishes with light fruit, minerals, and a wisp of vanilla and nutmeg. Paired with Mrs. D's Dijon Roasted Pork Tenderloin, with side Romaine and locally sourced (our backyard) Cherry Tomatoes salad.
