Dolin has been making vermouth in Chambery, France since 1821 — one of the oldest vermouth producers in the world and the only one with Chambery's own AOC designation. Their Blanc is sweeter than the Dry but lighter than a classic Italian rosso: floral, gently honeyed, and more delicate than most sweet vermouths. Outstanding served chilled over ice with an orange slice, or in a Bianco Martini.
