D.N.D Bungalow Orange
Bungalow is the newest hotel-room fantasy from Do Not Disturb, the California natural wine project inspired by lazy afternoons at boutique hotels in Palm Springs and the South of France — right down to the crescent moon on the label, borrowed from your phone's Do Not Disturb mode. Winemaker Jay Nunez blends Albariño from St. Helena, Picpoul from Lodi, and old-vine Chenin Blanc from Clarksburg, all from organically farmed, family-owned vineyards, with ten days of whole-cluster skin contact building gentle texture and structure. Amber in the glass, it opens with orange peel, ripe peach, and chamomile, then turns fresh and zesty — bright acidity, stone fruit, soft tannins, and a clean, savory finish made for grilled fish, mezze, and long golden afternoons.
