Djuce’s Core Chilled Red is made for the Swedish can pioneers by Francesco Cirelli — the Abruzzo grower whose organic farm and amphora-raised Montepulciano have made him a natural-wine name in his own right — and canned at the source with Djuce’s trademark artist label and climate math (cans ship at a fraction of a bottle’s CO2). It’s 100% organically grown Montepulciano done the glou-glou way: bright, juicy raspberry and strawberry fruit, soft acidity, and just a brush of tannin at a light 11% — built, as the name insists, to be drunk cold. One honest glass per can, straight from the cooler: pizza night, taco trucks, park hangs, and the beach bag next to its amber sibling.
