Chateau Pontet-Canet '18
Pontet-Canet has become one of Pauillac's most talked-about estates, converting entirely to biodynamic farming and consistently challenging the First Growths in quality. The 2018 is a blockbuster vintage that produced a wine of tremendous concentration — cassis, graphite, dark chocolate, and massive but beautifully structured tannins. One of the great Cabernet Sauvignons of the decade. Cellar or decant 3+ hours.
