Cazcanes Blanco NO.7
A cult favorite among serious agave drinkers — and one of the most decorated blancos in the game, with back-to-back Double Golds at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, including Best Blanco Tequila. Cazcanes is small-batch, certified organic, kosher, and Confirmed Additive-Free, made under 39-year veteran master distiller Francisco "Don Chico" Jiménez in Amatitán, the historic heart of the Tequila Valley. Fully mature valley-grown Blue Weber agave is slow-cooked 24 hours, fermented with volcanic spring water trucked in from Navichi Springs, and double-distilled through copper coils, then rested briefly in steel and hand-bottled in blown glass. The result is pure, mineral-driven agave: sweet cooked piña, bright citrus, black pepper, and an earthy depth that stops seasoned sippers mid-conversation. Sip it neat — or make the most luxurious margarita of your life.
