Suison is Caymus's Syrah project — bringing the Wagner family's Napa expertise to Washington State Columbia Valley grapes. The 2021 is dark and opulent in the Caymus house style: blackberry, dark chocolate, smoked meat, and velvet-smooth tannins. Full-throttle Syrah for the bold palate.
