Brovo Douglas Fir

Every spring right after Cinco de Mayo, BroVo's team hikes into the forests near Mount Baker to hand-forage new-growth buds from young Douglas fir trees — taking no more than a third from any single tree. Those buds are infused into vodka, re-distilled, and sweetened with agave nectar for a liqueur that smells and tastes exactly like a walk through a Pacific Northwest forest, with nothing else added.
