Booker's Bourbon 750ml
The bourbon that started the cask-strength revolution, in its third 2025 release. Booker Noe bottled the first Booker's in 1988 — uncut, unfiltered, straight from the barrel, exactly as he poured it for friends — and every small batch since carries a story from the family. Batch 2025-03, "Jerry's Batch," honors Jerry Dalton, master distiller from 1998 to 2007 and the only person outside the Beam-Noe bloodline ever to hold the title: Booker's neighbor, Fred Noe's mentor, and, as Freddie puts it, "not Beam by blood, but he might as well be." Drawn in equal parts from nine barrel lots across nine rackhouses, aged 7 years, 4 months, and 21 days, and bottled at a full 124.7 proof, it's quintessential Booker's: big vanilla, caramel-toffee, and toasted oak with butterscotch and baked apple beneath, finishing long on baking spice, brown sugar, and a whisper of tobacco. Neat, with a splash, or over one large cube — and pour one for Jerry.
