Aviation Gin

Aviation Gin was created by House Spirits in Portland, Oregon and is now co-owned by Ryan Reynolds — who, to his credit, chose to back a gin that is genuinely excellent before acquiring it. An American dry gin with lavender, cardamom, and sarsaparilla giving it a floral, slightly softer profile than traditional London Dry expressions. More approachable than a classic juniper-forward gin, and endlessly versatile in cocktails.
