Tignanello is one of Italy's most iconic wines — the 1971 creation that essentially invented the Super Tuscan category by blending Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon and aging in small French barrels. The 2023 vintage, from the Tignanello vineyard in Chianti Classico's Antinori estate, shows the wine's classic profile refined: dark cherry, cassis, tobacco, violet, and seamlessly integrated oak. Exceptional.
