123 Organic Tequila (Uno Dos Tres) is made from certified organic Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco — higher elevation means slower-growing, sweeter agave. The Blanco is unaged and additive-free, delivering clean cooked agave sweetness, fresh citrus, and a light floral note that reflects the highland terroir. Estate-grown and estate-bottled with full organic certification.
