Andreas Ziniel farms organically near Lake Zicksee at Austria's lowest elevation in Burgenland, surrounded by heavyweights like Meinklang and Tschida — and 'Zini' is his calling card. A co-ferment of Sauvignon Blanc and Zweigelt in a 1L bottle, with hibiscus, cranberry, citrus peel, and zippy acidity that blurs the line between rosé and chillable red. No added SO2, served chilled, gone quickly.
