Yarden Mt Hermon Galilee Red 2013
The 2013 Mount Hermon Red exhibits cherry, plum and spice notes, alongside hints of fresh herb and black pepper. With good body and satisfying flavor, Mount Hermon Red makes a great everyday red wine.
Ready to drink now, the 2013 Mount Hermon Red will remain in excellent drinking condition for about three years from vintage. Wonderfully versatile, give the wine a try with a good grilled hamburger, chicken cacciatore, or a hearty serving of lasagna.
The 2013 Mount Hermon Red is a blend of the classic Bordeaux varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Its grapes were grown in our vineyards in the cool Golan Heights and our one vineyard in the Upper Galilee. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation, and was bottled without sterile filtration.
