Tequila Ocho Plata

Tequila Ocho is a genuinely singular project — co-founded by the Camarena family and the late spirits writer Tomas Estes, each release comes from a specific named plot of land (rancho) in a specific harvest year. The Plata is unaged, bottled straight from distillation to showcase the taste of that exact piece of land. Think wine terroir applied to tequila — and taken seriously. No two vintages taste identical. A tequila for people who love the idea that where something comes from actually matters.
