Solminer's 'Field Blend Skin' is a skin-contact white — organically farmed grapes foot-tread and fermented on skins in the spirit of the old world, then aged without filtration. Bright citrus, apple, and a pleasant minerality with the texture and weight that only comes from extended skin contact. One of the more intriguing orange wines to emerge from Santa Barbara in recent years.
