Sayuri Junmai 300ml

Hakutsuru is the largest sake producer in the world, brewing since 1743 in Kobe's Nada district using spring water drawn straight from Mount Rokko — and Sayuri, in its recognizable pink bottle, is the brewery's most familiar export. This nigori comes in soft and creamy, with banana and pear on the nose and a naturally sweet, light-bodied finish around 12.5% ABV. It's an easy, unintimidating pour for anyone new to sake, and sweet enough to stand up to spicy food without getting lost. Shake before pouring — the rice particles settle fast.
