Delord is a family-owned Armagnac house producing in Bas-Armagnac since 1893 — the most prized subregion of the appellation, where the sandy soils produce lighter, more elegant spirits than the chalky terrain of Cognac. Their Napoleon designation (minimum six years aging) offers rich dried plum, toasted almond, orange peel, and the distinctive rustic depth that separates Armagnac from its more polished Cognac cousins.
