Made by the legendary Domaine Glinavos from indigenous Debina and Vlahiko grapes in the high-altitude vineyards of Ioannina, Epirus, 'Paleokerisio' (meaning old-fashioned) revives an ancient semi-sparkling wine tradition unique to the region.
