Orin Swift Cellars Mannequin 22

Dave Phinney built Orin Swift's reputation on big, dramatic reds, which makes Mannequin—his Chardonnay—a bit of a surprise. Aged in a mix of new and neutral French oak with time on the lees, it's layered and complex: lemon curd, toasted hazelnut, white peach, and a creamy, lingering finish. The white wine from a red wine winemaker who clearly gets it.
