Giornata is Brian and Stephanie Terrizzi's Paso Robles project dedicated to Italian varietals grown in California, and Orango Tango is their playful take on orange wine — a skin-fermented blend of Falanghina, Trebbiano, Fiano, and Moscato Giallo. Exotic and aromatic with creamsicle, mango, jasmine, and Ceylon tea, it has a soft tannic grip and a dry, lip-smacking finish. One of the most approachable orange wines going.
