Old World Winery's 'Bloom' is Darek Trowbridge's chillable red series made from different grapes each vintage — the 2022 being a blend of Pinot Noir, Abouriou, and Pinotage from his 100-year-old organic vineyards in Russian River Valley. Foot-stomped, wild-fermented, and bottled unfined and unfiltered with just a trace of sulfur. Light, pure, and electric with red fruit and herbs.
