Nikka Days

Nikka Days is a lighter, more approachable Japanese blended whisky designed for daytime drinking and cocktail use. Fresh and delicate, with citrus blossom, light vanilla, and a gentle grain sweetness — a reflection of Nikka's philosophy that whisky should be enjoyed in many contexts, not only contemplatively. Nikka was founded by Masataka Taketsuru, who learned distilling in Scotland and brought that knowledge back to Japan to build one of the country's two great whisky houses.
