Meinklang Foam Vulkan '24

Meinklang's 'Foam Vulkan' is a pét-nat made from indigenous Hungarian varieties Hárslevelű and Juhfark, grown on volcanic Somló soils just across the Austrian border from the Meinklang estate. Spontaneous fermentation and natural bottle conditioning create crisp green apple, pear, citrus, and a mineral character that echoes the volcanic terroir. Named for its tendency to erupt on opening.
