The 'Epic' from Austria's legendary Meinklang estate is a biodynamic frizzante blend of Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, and Muscat from the Neusiedlersee — spontaneously fermented and lightly carbonated before bottling for a fresh, uncomplicated fizz.
