Lunaria's Ancestrale pét-nat is made using the ancient méthode ancestrale in Abruzzo, Italy — whole bunches pressed and bottled mid-fermentation to trap natural bubbles. Orchard fruit, citrus zest, and a gentle effervescence that feels almost cider-like, but all grape. Biodynamic, organic, vegan, and genuinely one of the most charming sparkling bottles in our shop.
