Las Jaras Superbloom '25

Las Jaras' beloved 'Superbloom' is a zero-zero co-ferment of red and white Rhône varieties from the Love Ranch Vineyard in California's Sierra Foothills — inspired by Alice Bouvot's L'Octavin and named after the wildflowers that erupt after California's rare rainy seasons. Somewhere between a rosé and a light red, it offers watermelon, rhubarb, spice, and a clean mineral finish. Utterly unique.
