L.N. Mattei Cap Corse Blanc

Aromatic wines from Muscat and Vermentinu are infused with various plants, fruits and spices including bitter chinchona (quinquina) bark and local cedrat (citron). It is then fortified with neutral spirit to halt fermentation and retain natural grape sugars, meaning there are no sweeteners or sugar added. Bitter citrus, lemongrass, fresh herbs, lemon head candies. Drink this chilled on it's own, or get creative with a twist on the Gin Martini.
